Chapter 5

Small little heavenly beings

  • Instagram

The meeting

There was one small little being, we will call Cindy. It’s not her actual name but, that will be cleared out later.

Cindy was not too high in the hierarchy, but she wasn’t too low either.

Hierarchy in celestial being doesn’t work like hierarchy for humans.

It is very different.

There is different ranks but no one is superior or inferior to anyone.

It’s just a job.

It’s just a function.

You have the function to explain the plan to the angels and let them know what to do. You are their “boss” but your are not above them, not more important or more respected.

You are equals.

You are you. They are them. And that is it.

Cindy was the most adorable little being that ever were.

She was very old, as everything in this universe, but she kept her little sweet heart and desire to learn,

She was, and still are, one of the universe's favorite.

She had sense the change that was about to come.

She wasn’t the only one, everyone did. But she was the only one not deadly afraid of it. She was happy, as always.

She opened the door to it, welcomed it with curiosity and excitement.

But, when she shared her way of seeing it, in one of theses dreadful weekly meetings, she was faced with discord for the first time in her existence.

Everyone around her was afraid.

She also had met loneliness for the first time in her existence, being outcasted and silenced.

There is very fewer greater pain than the one you feel when you are the only one that is right, in a place where everyone try to convince you that you are wrong.

All of these new experiences transformed her and she became... shy.

She was the first shy celestial being that ever were.

And let me tell you, it is cute.

Cindy still participated in the meetings, but she did not share anymore.

She was still doing her job, but it had become pointless, since the change was coming, faster and faster.

.

The thing Cindy knew that seemed to have been forgotten by everyone was that, change is inexorable. It will happen. It just is.

Faced with this fact, you have about three choices.

1: cry and panic.

2: let the universe guide you to were it is going

3: prepare and make sure everything you could do will be done to make your life easier.

Faced with change, Cindy always chose the second option.

She didn’t have a body, but she always fancied trying a roller coaster. The idea of being in a wild ride, while still being completely safe was really appealing to her.

She had enough faith in the universe to live her existence that way since day one. She just, loosen up and enjoyed the ride! And she liked it everytime!

But now, she could easily see that her usual technique... choice number two, was not gonna be enough.

-I mean... I received some good suggestions that could maybe...

-Ah yeah? Like what? What could make THE GIFT OF BEING ALIVE better?

-Well... I thought, like a mechanism that could prevent rape or other kind of violence on innocent people... Like a big protection that when consent is not there BOUM this invisible shield would put up and protect...

-But it's working just fine right now for humans!

-I... I would maybe think there is things we could improve...

- No matter what we do, they will use it in a really twisted sexual manner, like they do with everything.

-But...

She needed a second to chase the horrible images making a way into her mind.

-But we still make bananas, pineapples and cucumbers for those who enjoy just eating them... We didn’t stop even after seeing theses... things.

-That was your only suggestion?

-Well, I...I mean, I think it’s a good one.

- It's a lost of time. You have others?

She did have plenty. But she could see that she wasn’t helping anyone.

-No.

She was sitting there.

Again, very important, she is not actually sitting, but you wouldn’t understand.

She was sitting there, in a place non place filled with beings, but she still felt alone. In fact she felt more alone than she ever did before.

She was very confused, and sad.

She looked at her paper non paper, full of ideas that could change the world and make the planet a safer place for everyone. But none of her ideas were listened to, because they feared change.

She started to feel uneasy, something had changed indeed...

This situation, this feeling inside, she could recognize it.

It was... anger.
